JOIN US - SHAPE LIVES - BUILD YOUR CAREER About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Psychologist to join our Allied Health team at our Maitland practice in a 45–50 hour per fortnight part-time role. In this role, you will provide psychological services across a diverse client base, including Foster Care, NDIS-funded participants, Home Care clients, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and external referrals. You will play a key role in delivering assessments, therapy, and community-based interventions, supporting individuals across the lifespan to achieve meaningful outcomes. You’ll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team with an established caseload, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week. Duties: - Conduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Provide clinical input across a range of programs and services
- Support clients with complex needs, including behavioural challenges
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver community-based interventions and outreach services
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Skills and Experience: Essential: - Registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Psychologist
- Experience working with children, young people, and/or adults with complex needs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple service streams
- Current Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
Desirable: - Experience within NDIS, Foster Care, Mental Health, or similar settings
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Medicare provider status or experience with Clinical Supervision
- Knowledge of Family Systems Therapy
- Group facilitation or training experience
