Client Services Manager - Accommodation Services
Central Coast - Full Time 76 Hours per Fortnight

About the Role:

 

The Client Services Manager plays a key leadership role at Challenge Community Services, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports across multiple sites.


This role ensures services meet client goals, align with NDIS and other funding requirements, and operate efficiently and compliantly.

 

You’ll work closely with internal subject matter experts across HR, Rostering, Quality and Safeguarding, Practice and Outcomes, and Business Support to drive strong service delivery, continuous improvement, and positive outcomes for clients and staff.

Duties:

 

  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring supports align with client goals and NDIS funding requirements

  • Promote person-centred practice, client independence, and community participation

  • Lead, coach, and support staff to build a positive, capable, and collaborative team culture

  • Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing learning and development

  • Ensure accurate service agreements, bookings, and records are maintained

  • Monitor site budgets and financial performance, addressing issues as they arise

  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements

  • Conduct audits and lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and external stakeholders

  • Facilitate feedback and engagement opportunities to keep client voices central

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery

 

 

 

Skills and Experience:

 

Essential:

 

  • Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years’ demonstrated experience in disability services or a related sector

  • Strong knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring staff

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong client focus with the ability to balance service quality, compliance, and operational needs

  • Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety and continuous improvement

 

 Desirable:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health, or a related discipline

  • Experience establishing new services and managing multiple sites
