Duties: Lead and support Frontline Leaders to deliver safe, high-quality services. Oversee operational performance, including KPIs, budgeting, and revenue. Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements. Drive continuous improvement, quality audits, and risk management. Promote positive behaviour support and person-centred practice. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders. Use systems and data to improve efficiency and service outcomes. Willingness to travel regularly across the designated region to support teams, services, and stakeholders.
Skills and Experience: Essential: Senior leadership experience within disability or community services. Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance. Proven capability in operational and financial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage complex priorities and analyse performance data. Demonstrated commitment to person-centred practice and positive behaviour support.
Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Social Science, or related fields. Experience coaching or training staff and leaders.
