About the Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Client Services Manager to lead our Disability Services division. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with NDIS and other government-funded program requirements.

 

You'll drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery while working collaboratively with HR, Rostering, Quality Safeguarding and Practice, and Business Support and Systems Administration.

Duties:

  • Oversee client support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and NDIS requirements. 
  • Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive culture. 
  • Ensure accurate service agreements, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions to meet budget goals.
  • Lead audits and continuous improvement to ensure services consistently meet NDIS standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders. 
  • Work closely with HR, Rostering, and other departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.

 

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.
  • knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS funding and compliance.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health or a related field.
  • Experience in setting up new services and managing multiple sites.
